Terms of Service

LeadRank is an email analysis service for real estate professionals. It reads your Gmail emails (in read-only mode), extracts relevant information, and automatically detects business opportunities.

LeadRank does not replace Gmail. It does not send, modify, or delete any email. It is an intelligence layer on top of your inbox.

• Have a Google account with Gmail.
• Authorize read-only access to your email.
• Be at least 14 years old.
• Provide accurate information when registering.

LeadRank offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Payment is processed through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

We may modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through Stripe. After cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Data is kept for 30 days in case you reactivate.
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

No refunds for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer the software.
• Share your login credentials.
• Use the service for spam.

Your content: your data belongs to you. You can export it anytime.

Our software: the software, design, and brand are property of Yago Mendoza.

LeadRank uses AI to analyze your emails and generate classifications and opportunities. These are indicative and may contain errors. You can always correct them manually.

In the future, LeadRank may offer cross-matching between users. This will require your explicit activation and can be disabled anytime. Only structured data is shared, never email content.

LeadRank is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect AI accuracy. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.
